Another Baby's Holiday

1st of May, it's Labour Day, a public holiday where most of the family will plan for some outing. Thus, we have also decided to bring baby Zheng Yuan for an outing again - window shopping at Sunway Pyramid! :D Though the traffic was terribly jam, but we are lucky enough to find a good parking lot immediately after entering the carpark. The complex was quite crowded, and a lot of them are parents with their kids.

Somehow, our shopping habit has changed. We no longer shop for things for ourselves, but for our baby! Haha... whenever we passed by any toy's shops or baby accessories shop, we will either slow down to take a second look on the items display at the window, or we will enter the shop to check out the items. And, most importantly, we really enjoy it! HAHA..

After spending sometimes shopping around, it's time for us to treat our screaming stomach. Since we have some KFC voucher with us, we have decided to had our meal there. And, it is the first time ZY went to KFC!

After the meal, we went to Jusco baby's section to shop for some of his necessaties like baby's wipes & etc. Jusco is a good place to shop if we have small baby with us. They have nursing area where you can feed your baby or change your baby's diaper. And, for the FIRST time again, ZY was being fed there when he cried for his milk.

And, this shopping trip has added some items to ZY's toy's collection. We have bought a playgym / play tunnel to stimulate our baby's touch sense & his hands & legs coordination shown below.

Baby's 1st trip to Mid Valley Megamall

Today (23rd April) is our ROM aniversary & we have decided to bring our baby Zheng Yuan to Mid Valley Megamall for the first time. As usual, we have to get ready a list of accessories for the baby, e.g. milk power, hot water, milk bottles, baby diapers, spare clothings, stroller & many more before going out.

We enjoyed the window shopping with the rest of the crowd. Our habit of window shopping has changed as now we were more keen on visiting toy shops like Toy'r us and baby department store. We were searching around if there is any suitable baby toy or gadget to buy! Well, we welcome the change as we really enjoying ourselves very much. Probably our inner child has been awaken!! haha!!

We managed to take some beautiful photos & have had our meal at the food court. We reached home at about 9pm & our baby has fallen asleep fast after we clean him up. Though it is a bit tiring, but it's a wonderful and memorable sweet day for both of us. Even though we only spent about 3 hrs in the mall (yes.. we left home around 5pm :p), but we are really having good family time with our baby Zheng Yuan.

Baby's 3rd Checkup

Yesterday morning (12th April, 2008) our baby Zheng Yuan has paid his 3rd visit to Dr Lim's clinic at Sunway Medical Centre for his next jap of vaccine. His weight now is approxiamately 6.2kg & 66cm in height. Unfortunately, I was not able to accompany my wife to bring our baby to the clinic as I was having a 3 days 2 nights course in Grand Bluewave hotel, Shah Alam. However, my mum has accompanied my wife bringing Zheng Yuan to take the jap. We are glad to have learnt that our baby's growth is progressing well, and our baby is doing good after the jap as no sign of fever has been noticed. :)

April Fool Day

1st of April is also known as April Fool day. On that day, we have noticed a slight different look on our baby Zheng Yuan - his eyes. Haha... When he was born, his has double eyelids on both of his eyes, but about a week after that, his double eyelids seems to disappear. Coincidentally, my sister has noticed that his left eye has double eyelid again on April Fool day. We were so happy & has taken a few pictures of him focusing on the eyelid.

Both of us were hoping that the double eyelid will appear on his right eye as well. However, my baby has tricked us on April Fool Day! Not only his double eyelid did not appear on right eye, but the one appeared on the left eye also gone on the next day! Haha...

Could it really be a trick by our baby on April Fool day?! Well, let's wait and see if his double eyelid will appear again or not? :p
